The Sartorius BIA Separations 110.8503-1.3 is a premium CIMac Analytical Column engineered to resolve one of the most critical challenges in gene therapy manufacturing: the rapid quantification of empty versus full Adeno-associated virus (AAV) capsids. Built on an advanced polymethacrylate monolithic backbone, this 0.1 mL column features highly interconnected 1.3 µm convective channels.
