The Repligen S04-E300-05-S is a high-performance MiniKros Sampler Spectrum Hollow Fiber Filter designed for laboratory-scale tangential flow filtration (TFF). It is specifically engineered for batch processing of volumes ranging from 3 L to 15 L.  The modified PES membrane is uniquely formulated to provide high flux and low fouling characteristics. It is specifically designed to be gentle on shear-sensitive products like proteins and antibodies. As part of the Spectrum family, this filter allows for a predictable transition from small-volume process characterization to larger pilot-scale production. Some of the common applications for this filter include protein concentration, diafiltration, virus separation, and lysate clarification.
