The Integra 4322 is a highly innovative 100 mL reagent reservoir insert designed to maximize liquid handling efficiency while significantly reducing laboratory plastic waste. As part of the Clear Advantage system, these thin-walled, disposable polystyrene inserts nest seamlessly into a sturdy, reusable base block. Unlike standard reservoirs with difficult-to-read molded markings, the reusable base features bold, crisp printed volume graduations. The crystal-clear polystyrene insert acts as a window, uniquely refracting light so that graduations below the fluid surface become invisible, allowing researchers to rapidly and precisely fill the reservoir without over-pouring. To further protect valuable assay reagents, the bottom of the reservoir utilizes the proprietary SureFlo anti-sealing array and a specialized hydrophilic surface treatment, preventing liquid from pooling and ensuring an incredibly low dead volume.

Technical Performance and Design

  • SureFlo Anti-Sealing Array: The bottom surface features a specialized micro-pattern that prevents multichannel pipette tips from creating a vacuum seal against the plastic, ensuring smooth aspiration and preventing liquid from "popping" up into the pipette filters.
