CellBIND polystyrene CellSTACK culture chamber has five chambers with vented caps. Rectangular short neck flask. Recommended to hold a medium volume of 625 to 950 ml. The cell growth area is 3180 cm2. Tissue culture treated for optimum cell growth. Two 26 mm diameter filling ports allow direct access to chamber bottom providing greater flexibility for sterile filling and emptying by pouring, pipetting or via tubing in a fully closed system. Standard 33 mm threaded caps have 0.2 µm pore nonwettable membranes sealed directly to the caps to allow gas exchange while minimizing the risk of contamination. Sterilized by gamma radiation and certified nonpyrogenic; 100% leak tested prior to shipping.
