Eppendorf BioBLU Bioreactor 0.3c Single Use Sterile Pack of 4 Bioreactors
The Eppendorf BioBLU® 0.3c Single-Use Bioreactor (Catalog Number 1386100000) is a mini-scale, rigid-wall vessel designed for the development and optimization of cell culture processes. This specific model is the "Standard" version, meaning it is configured to use traditional reusable sensors (glass probes) rather than pre-installed optical spots.
Designed primarily for use with the Eppendorf DASbox® Mini Bioreactor System (but adaptable to the BioFlo 120/320), it offers the following specifications:
Working Volume: 100 mL to 250 mL (Total volume ~380 mL). This small volume makes it ideal for screening clones, media optimization, or saving expensive reagents during early-stage R&D.
Impeller: Features a single Pitched-Blade Impeller which provides the gentle, low-shear axial mixing required for mammalian suspension lines.
Sensor Interface: Unlike the "Optical" versions, this unit features industry-standard Pg 13.5 ports that allow you to insert your own autoclavable pH and DO probes. This is often preferred by labs that already possess a large inventory of reusable micro-sensors.
Sparging: Utilizes an Open Pipe sparger for gas delivery.
Expiration date: 2024-02.
