The LABALPHA 4-Inch Ultra-Fine Precision Test Sieve Set consists of two specialized particle separation instruments engineered for high-accuracy sub-micron powder classification, micro-particle sizing, and advanced quality control testing. This set features two distinct mesh sizes: a 700 mesh sieve (nominal aperture 18 microns) and a 1200 mesh sieve (nominal aperture 10 microns). Constructed with precision-woven micro-wire cloth made from high-tensile 304 stainless steel, these sieves provide clean, accurate cut-offs for fine particulate streams. Each unit features a seamless 4-inch (100 mm) full-height 304 stainless steel frame with a smooth interior transition to prevent sample retention along joint edges.
