The Shimadzu 228-51922-00 is a Low Pressure Valve (LPV) Rotor specifically engineered for the high-performance autosamplers of the Nexera series. This critical consumable ensures the precise switching of solvent and sample paths at lower pressures before the final high-pressure injection stage.

This rotor acts as the rotating seal within the Low Pressure Valve (LPV), directing flow during the sample aspiration and rinse cycles. It is manufactured from PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) to ensure broad chemical resistance and low friction. PEEK provides a low-friction surface that extends the life of the valve.
