The Eppendorf 6325 Mastercycler Pro S is a high-end thermal cycler designed for rapid PCR and maximum flexibility in molecular biology laboratories. It is distinguished by its silver block technology and the specialized Vapo.Protect lid system.

  • Silver Block for Speed: The "S" in the model name refers to its high-grade silver block, which offers superior thermal conductivity compared to standard aluminum. This allows for extremely fast heating and cooling rates (up to 6 °C/s), significantly shortening PCR run times.

  • Vapo.Protect Technology: This unique lid design uses a fluid-filled cushion that conforms to the shape of your PCR tubes or plates. It provides a tight seal and uniform pressure, which minimizes evaporation—a critical feature when working with low-volume samples (down to 1 µL).

  • Gradient Function: Includes SteadySlope technology, ensuring that heating and cooling rates are identical in both gradient and normal operation. This makes it easier to optimize annealing temperatures for new primers.
