The Kimble Kimax® (Model 28015-10) Volumetric Flask is a precision laboratory vessel designed for general purpose liquid preparation and dilution. This specific model is a 10 mL flask rated as Class B, which offers a balance of accuracy and economy suitable for educational or general qualitative work where the rigorous limits of Class A are not required.

Key Specifications:

Capacity: 10 mL (Calibrated "To Contain" / TC at 20°C).

Tolerance: ±0.04 mL. As a Class B vessel, its error limit is twice that of Class A (which would be ±0.02 mL), complying with ASTM E288 standards.

Stopper: Supplied with a No. 9 Standard Taper ground glass stopper (Pennyhead style). The neck is ground to a precision taper to ensure a leak-tight seal when used with the matching glass plug.
