Nexcelom Cyntellect Celigo S Cytometer

The Nexcelom Celigo S 200-BFFL-S is a high-speed, automated imaging cytometer designed for in-situ cellular analysis. It is widely used for high-throughput screening because it can image and analyze entire wells in microplates without disturbing the cell population.

The Celigo S uses a proprietary optical system that captures the entire area of a well (from 6-well to 1536-well plates) in a single pass. This eliminates the need for "stitching" multiple images, which significantly increases speed and accuracy. Because it images cells directly in the culture plate, there is no need to trypsinize or lift cells. This makes it ideal for longitudinal studies where the same population needs to be monitored over several days. It can image an entire 96-well plate in brightfield in less than 2 minutes, making it one of the fastest imaging platforms in its class.
