The Shimadzu 228-48249-96 is a high-precision Inlet Check Valve designed for a wide range of Shimadzu Liquid Chromatography systems, including the i-Series (LC-2030/2040), Nexera (LC-30/40), and Prominence (LC-20AD) pumps. It ensures a unidirectional flow of the mobile phase, which is critical for maintaining stable pressure and precise flow rates. This Inlet valve Traps solvent during the pump's delivery stroke and opens to allow fresh solvent during the suction stroke.
