The Cytiva UFP-750-E-3MA is a laboratory-scale Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) cartridge designed for the concentration, diafiltration, and fractionation of high-molecular-weight biological molecules. Featuring a 750 kDa Nominal Molecular Weight Cutoff (NMWC), this MidGee™ series cartridge is optimized for ultra-low volume applications, allowing for efficient processing of samples as small as 10 ml. The membrane is constructed from Low Adsorption Polyethersulfone (PES) to minimize fouling and non-specific binding, while the housing is made of durable Polysulfone (PS).
