The IKA Lab Dancer (3365000) is an ultra-compact, fixed-speed orbital shaker designed for rapid mixing of small test samples. Its signature touch-activated function allows for immediate operation by simply pressing a tube or small vessel into the center cup. This makes it an efficient tool for high-throughput tasks like resuspending cells or mixing reagents in microtubes. This vortexer is specifically engineered for space-constrained laboratory benches, featuring a small footprint of just 100 x 70 mm. To ensure stability during high-speed operation, it is constructed with a heavy, coated zinc die-casting base. The upper casing and the mixing surface are made from inert plastic, providing excellent chemical resistance against common laboratory solvents and reagents. It is ideal for containers up to 30 mm in diameter, including standard test tubes, centrifuge tubes, and Eppendorf beakers.
