Used. Was originally manufactured as a UV-cabinet with laminar airflow, but the LCD display is non-working for control of the UV light. The regular light / air flow / unit on-off is controllable by the keyboard, however, and the filters are in beautiful condition. Thus, this will work excellently as a laminar flow balance enclosure.
