Novex XCell II Mini Cell SureLock Electrophoresis System with Blot Module El9051

The Novex EI9001 XCell II Mini Cell SureLock Electrophoresis System is a standard laboratory apparatus designed for running vertical mini-gels quickly and without leaks. It is primarily used for protein separation (SDS-PAGE) and nucleic acid analysis. This surelock system uses a unique gel tension wedge instead of traditional clamps or grease. Simply pushing the lever forward creates a horizontal force that seals the gel assembly into place. Designed for 8 x 8 cm gels in 10 x 10 cm cassettes, it works seamlessly with all Invitrogen precast mini-gels, including NuPAGE, Novex Tris-Glycine, and Bolt gels. The lower buffer chamber is also compatible with the XCell II Blot Module, allowing you to perform Western, Southern, or Northern transfers in the same tank.
