Yamato LT00016210 Round Bottom Flask is a large-volume glass vessel specifically designed for use with a rotary evaporator system. This 2 L size is used for medium-to-large-scale solvent removal and concentration in preparative chemistry. The round bottom ensures even heating and is necessary for smooth rotation and efficient film formation in a rotary evaporator. The narrow neck is generally for compatibility with the required joint size. This flask serves as the evaporating flask on a rotovap.
