The Biotage 221-0100-T is an ISOLUTE C18(EC) Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) column configured in a standard 2 mL syringe format. The sorbent undergoes an exhaustive end-capping process to neutralize residual surface silanols, suppressing secondary polar interactions.
